For insurance broker panels
One relationship. More ways to fund.
A useful panel lender needs to contribute across your client base. Clearmatch brings specialist premium-funding experience, practical broker support and three funding pathways to the cases you place with us, supporting the client relationship you lead.
Funding is subject to eligibility, credit assessment, approval, available funding and agreement terms. Interest and fees apply.
Funding depth
Three pathways. One credit discipline.
Our team considers the nature of the loan and the requirements of the available funding route.
Securitised warehouse
Our warehouse provides a funding route for eligible loans that meet its requirements. Credit assessment and the terms of the funding facility both matter.
Term Note marketplace
Term Notes provide another route for eligible premium-funding loans, including cases that may not fit the warehouse’s funding parameters. The same Clearmatch credit policies and processes apply.
Explore Term Note capabilitySelective balance-sheet funding
In limited cases, Clearmatch can consider balance-sheet funding. Its use is assessed case by case and depends on the loan and available capacity.
A substantive funding pathway
Term Notes have a clear role on the panel.
A loan can be sound under our credit policy while needing a different source of funding.
The Term Note pathway allows eligible loans to be considered outside the warehouse’s particular funding parameters. It gives you a route to bring a considered client case to our team when a standard route may not fit.
Term Note funding remains subject to eligibility, assessment, documentation and available investor funding. A different funding route does not make an otherwise unapproved loan eligible.
The Clearmatch Insurance Funding Term Note Trust connects eligible Australian wholesale investors with this part of our premium-funding proposition. The Investor section explains the Fund’s structure, terms and risks.
Value for your panel
Five reasons to include Clearmatch.
More than one funding route
Warehouse, Term Note and selective balance-sheet pathways give our team different routes to consider eligible business within one funding relationship.
Workers’ compensation expertise
Specialist support for your client conversations about substantial premiums, scheme-specific payment dates and the funding economics of available payment choices.
Explore workers’ compensationComplex programme experience
We work with you through clients’ policy mix, inception dates and borrowing entities. Where appropriate, different premiums may need separate loans and terms linked to their policy periods.
A finance-broker channel
Accredited finance brokers can bring clients’ insurance premiums into the wider annual funding review while the insurance adviser retains the cover discussion.
For finance brokersSpecialist people and practical technology
Broker tools support quoting and policy changes. Our people work with you to add context and verification when a request arrives by email or needs a closer look.
A useful panel conversation starts here.
What should we bring to a panel discussion?
Tell us about your client industries, typical premium requirements and the cases your current panel finds difficult to place. We can discuss accreditation, workflow, support and the information our credit team needs.
Does having three funding routes guarantee approval?
No. Every proposal must meet Clearmatch’s credit requirements and the conditions of its funding route. Loan size, entity, policy terms, available funding and timing are considered for each case.
Can Clearmatch consider a programme with different policy dates?
Yes, bring the client’s policy schedule and invoices into the discussion. Our team can assess how the eligible premiums should be structured; a single loan is not automatically the right answer.
