Premium funding for your clients

Their insurance in place. Their payments in step.

Help your clients spread eligible insurance premiums over an agreed repayment schedule. We work through insurance and finance brokers to assess and arrange funding, with specialist support when a case needs closer attention.

Interest and fees apply. Eligibility, approval and agreement terms apply.

The essentials

Consider the premium and the client’s cash flow together.

Bring the insurance programme and business context. Our team will work with you on the funding requirements.

A premium funding arrangement pays eligible premiums upfront. The client repays the funding by instalments, with interest and any applicable fees.

Funding is separate from insurance. Cover advice remains with the client’s authorised insurance adviser; the funding discussion sets out the payment commitment.

Questions worth asking.

Is premium funding the same as insurance?

No. Insurance provides cover under the policy. Premium funding is a separate credit arrangement used to pay eligible premiums. The client’s obligations under both arrangements remain important.

Can a client fund more than one policy?

A funding arrangement may cover multiple eligible premiums. Bring the policy details to our team to establish which premiums can be included in the quote.

What should clients review before accepting?

Interest and fees, the total amount payable, repayment dates, cancellation provisions and the consequences of missed payments. The quote and agreement contain the authoritative details.

What happens when a client’s insurance changes?

Discuss the change with our team. A policy adjustment, cancellation or refund may affect the funding arrangement; it should not be assumed to change automatically.

What support is available if a client has difficulty paying?

Existing customers can contact our support team directly as early as possible. The support page links to the existing hardship and complaint channels.
