Investor relations
A clear understanding. An informed investment decision.
Our investor team can provide prospective Australian wholesale investors with the Information Memorandum, explain the process and confirm the relevant documents. Prospective investors should understand the investment before making a commitment.
This Fund is available only to wholesale investors in Australia. Making an enquiry does not commit a prospective investor to invest.
Getting started
Four steps to an informed decision.
- 01
Request the documents
Prospective investors can request the current IM, any applicable supplementary terms, the relevant application pack and the latest available performance report.
- 02
Review the investment
Prospective investors should consider the objective, fees, liquidity and risks against their circumstances and obtain independent financial, legal or tax advice as appropriate.
- 03
Confirm eligibility
Applicants must provide the required investor information, identity checks and evidence of wholesale status. The general minimum initial investment is A$100,000.
- 04
Application and acceptance
Applicants execute the subscription documents and follow the team’s instructions. Applications are subject to acceptance by the trustee.
Request the IM
The right information. Direct from the team.
Investor Relations is available at investors@clearmatch.com or on 1300 644 040.
Prospective investors can enquire as an individual, a company, a trustee or an institutional investor. Investor Relations will explain which documents and eligibility evidence are required for the relevant applicant.
Prospective investors can request the latest available Term Note performance report and its calculation basis. The website’s historical composite runs from January 2021 to July 2026; the investor team can explain how that record relates to the terms and allocations proposed for a particular account.
The general fund information on this site is based on the IM dated 15 March 2024. An investor-specific supplement can vary the terms for that mandate. Investor Relations can confirm the complete document set relevant to a proposed investment.
An initial enquiry should include the enquirer’s name, contact details and a brief description of the request. Our team will explain the appropriate channel for identity and application documents.
Investor questions
Questions before the first conversation.
Who is the Fund available to?
The Fund is available to wholesale clients in Australia only. The team will explain the evidence required to verify eligibility. Investing A$100,000 does not, by itself, make someone a wholesale client.
Will an individual investment match the published composite?
Not necessarily. The composite is a weighted record of accounts managed to substantially similar objectives. An individual account’s allocation, investment dates, cash balances, cash flows, restrictions, fee arrangement and tax can produce a materially different outcome. Historical positive composite returns do not guarantee future income or capital.
Is the target return a guaranteed rate?
No. The core IM describes a target for Term Notes, not a guaranteed return. Actual portfolio returns depend on asset allocations, cash balances, deployment, repayments, fees and losses. Capital is also at risk.
Can a member withdraw the whole investment at any time?
No. Available cash can be withdrawn under the Fund’s procedures, but capital deployed in Term Notes becomes available as repayments are received. Term Notes are illiquid and there is no secondary market. The member’s reinvestment instructions and any supplementary terms also matter.
Are the terms the same for every investor?
The core IM sets out the general terms. An applicable supplementary IM or agreement can vary them for a particular investor or mandate. The investor team will confirm the documents relevant to the prospective investor or member.
